• Tuition is a yearly amount divided in 9 equal monthly payments (September thru May)

  • AutoPay is required at registration. 

  • AutoPay will run on the 1st of the month.

  • After the 5th of the month there is a $10 late fee per student/per month added on​

  • There will be a $40 fee for any returned checks​

  • There will be a $5 fee for any declined credit cards

  • Unpaid balances at the end of the season will be sent to collections unless a payment plan is in place.

 

​To withdraw from a class, written notice (via email or letter) is required at least 2 weeks prior to the 1st of the next month. Failure to do so will result in your monthly tuition being charged. We do not allow accounts to be 'frozen' and returned to at a later date.

**Refunds will be issued as a credit to your account. After 9 months, if the credit hasn't been used, we will issue a refund check. A service fee of $10 will be subtracted from the refund amount.
